Q: I have an inboard/outboard engine, will I be able to use Flush Maxx?

A: Yes, as you will see in the picture at right, Flush Maxx will fit on most inboard/outboard engines.

Q: Will I need any additional hose attachments?

A: No, any regular garden hose easily attaches to Flush Maxx.

Q: What is the purpose of the metal bar at the opposite side of the ear muffs?

A: The metal bar works as a fulcrum, making it easy to slip the muffs over your in-take, and it also helps to hold them in place while you flush your engine. Because all engines are not the exact same length apart from the back of the boat, the rod can easily be cut with any hack saw for a perfect fit. Also included in shipping is the proper sized Allen wrench needed to raise and lower the fulcrum bar your desired height, again depending on the size of your boat.
