Pumice Stone (Toilet-Safe)

Directions:

1. Wet the Pumice Stone: Always soak the pumice stone in water for a few minutes before use. A wet stone is less abrasive and safe for surfaces like porcelain or ceramic. Never use it dry.
2. Wet the Surface: Splash water onto the area you’ll be cleaning—whether it's the toilet bowl, tub, sink, or tile—to prevent scratching and help the pumice glide more easily.
3. Gently Scrub the Stain: Using light pressure, scrub the stained area in a back-and-forth motion. Focus on visible buildup such as hard water rings, rust stains, or mineral deposits.
4. Rinse and Repeat: Rinse the area to check your progress. If stains remain, re-wet the stone and continue gently scrubbing as needed.
5. Clean the Stone: Rinse the pumice stone thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry. Store in a dry area for next time.

Caution:

• Always wet the pumice stone and the surface before use to avoid scratching.
• Do not use on plastic, fiberglass, stainless steel, or other soft, delicate, or coated surfaces.
• Test on an inconspicuous area before full use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid excessive pressure—let the stone do the work.

Storage:

• Rinse thoroughly after each use to remove residue.
• Allow to air dry completely before storing.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Avoid storing with bleach or other harsh chemicals, as this may degrade the stone over time.

Exceptions: If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a full refund.
