Shipping Options:

 

We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options. 

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided and sent to your e-mail. 

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping with a 1-3 business day transit time, available for an additional fee. 

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our services and expect to provide international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

 

Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination. 

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. 

 

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. 

  • Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be provided via e-mail.

  • Lost or Damaged Items:

    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

    Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for your satisfaction, but please note that all sales are final. This means that we do not offer returns or refunds for any reason, unless the product is proven to be materially defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions:

  • If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a full refund.
